We are currently seeking a Customer Care Representative to join a busy and team-oriented team within a well-established organisation in the FMCG sector.
This is a temporary opportunity starting ASAP. The role will focus on managing customer orders and providing high-quality customer service through written communication and internal coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Processing customer orders accurately within SAP
Managing the full order lifecycle from entry through to fulfilment
Responding to customer enquiries via email
Providing order updates including stock availability and shipment status
Liaising with internal teams, warehouses and transport providers




Monitoring outstanding orders and proactively following up
Maintaining a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail
About You
Previous experience in customer service and order processing
SAP experience is essential
Strong written communication skills
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple orders accurately
Proactive and comfortable asking questions when needed
FMCG experience highly regarded
