Salomon is seeking an Area Manager to lead and coach our NSW/QLD store network from Sydney. You will report to the Head of Retail, build high-performing Store Managers, drive footfall, sales and customer loyalty, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations while living the Salomon spirit.
You will recruit, train, and develop your team, open new stores, and maintain robust cross-functional relationships with merchandising, marketing and operations to maximise customer service and commercial results.
