Bluestonerecruitment is seeking a Contracts Administrator for a well-known Tier 3 Commercial builder in Victoria. You will manage letting and vetting of sub-contractor packages, liaise with suppliers and stakeholders, and oversee project cash flow and forecasting across two live projects.
The ideal candidate has experience with a Commercial/Apartment Builder, main contractor exposure, and robust communication and teamwork skills to drive positive outcomes.
