Junior Administration & Operations Support Officer
$75,000 - $85,000 + Super | Monday-Friday | 6am-3pm
Now Careers is looking for a Junior Administrator to join a busy precast concrete business.
This is a great opportunity for an admin professional who enjoys a fast-paced environment and ideally has previous exposure to construction, concreting, civil, manufacturing or similar industries.
The role:
General administration and data entry
Updating spreadsheets and production records
Assisting with scheduling and coordination
Preparing and organising paperwork
Assisting with delivery and transport documentation
Supporting production and quality teams with admin
Communicating with managers, tradies, drivers and production staff
General filing and document management
About you:
Previous administration experience
Ideally worked within construction,



concreting, civil, precast or manufacturing
Confident using Microsoft Office and Excel
Positive attention to detail
Organised and able to manage multiple tasks
Comfortable communicating with different teams
Reliable, punctual and willing to learn
Happy working in a busy, hands-on environment
