What you'll do
Execute visual direction in store, translating trends into solid, commercial displays
Monitor product flow and maintain high visual standards across all areas of the store
Analyse sales and customer behaviour to promote the right product
Support the team with daily visual priorities and commercial actions
Work across the shop floor, fitting room and cashier when needed to support the wider team
What we're looking for
Experience in visual merchandising or a strong eye for styling and product presentation
Experience supporting or leading a team in a retail environment
A genuine interest in fashion, trends and customer behaviour
The ability to read the store, make decisions and adapt quickly
A collaborative approach and confidence guiding and influencing others
Strong organisation and the ability to manage multiple priorities
Availability to work a 38-hour roster across weekdays and weekends
