Property Legal Assistants and Law Clerks
with solid hands‐on property experience.
I'm particularly interested in candidates who have worked across
residential, development and/or subdivision matters
and understand the practicalities of getting property transactions from start to finish.
YOUR EXPERIENCE COULD INCLUDE:
Residential Conveyancing
Property Development
Subdivisions
Off‐the‐plan matters
Sale and purchase transactions
Property settlements
Contract preparation and review
Titles and property searches
Section 32s
Settlement preparation and coordination
THE SYSTEMS YOU'LL NEED
PEXA and Duties Online experience is essential.
Experience with
SPEAR
would be highly desirable, particularly for candidates with subdivision or development experience.
