Grover Foods Pty Ltd are operating a quick-food store at Marsden Park, NSW and are looking for an experienced Retail Manager to join their business. This is a full-time role for right applicant.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations
Ensure compliance with council regulations
Hire and train staff. Supervise all staff and ensure their skills are of appropriate standards.
Formulating and implementing purchasing and marketing policies and setting prices.
Determine and set goals for product mix and stock levels
Ensure service standards are maintained in dealing with customers
Promote and advertise goods and services
Sell goods and services to customers




Maintaining records of stock levels and financial transactions
Undertaking budgeting and ensuring budgets are met
Handle customer complaints and any incidents. Ensure they are recorded and handled appropriately.
Eligibility Requirements
Diploma level or higher qualifications in relevant field
At least 1-3 years of experience in similar role/industry.
Salary
- $80,000 plus super
