On behalf of our client, we're looking for a full-time experience Vice President ANZ.
This role is responsible for leading AutoStore's commercial business across Australia and New Zealand, driving regional growth, developing strategic customer and partner relationships, and ensuring the achievement of business objectives. The role has overall responsibility for commercial strategy, business development, market expansion and customer engagement across the ANZ region. In addition, the position supports the governance and development of AutoStore's Australian legal entity through Director responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities
Lead AutoStore's commercial business across Australia and New Zealand.
Develop and implement organisational strategies, business plans and operational objectives to support the overall growth, performance and sustainability of AutoStore's operations across Australia and New Zealand.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities across the ANZ market.
Build and maintain strategic relationships with customers, partners and key stakeholders.
Direct and coordinate the activities of business functions including commercial operations, business development, customer engagement and strategic partnerships to achieve organisational objectives.
Provide leadership and direction to regional commercial activities, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
Monitor market trends, customer needs and competitive activities to support strategic decision-making.
Collaborate with global and regional stakeholders to execute growth initiatives and commercial priorities.
Represent AutoStore in customer, partner and industry engagements across Australia and Current Zealand.
Support long-term business growth and expansion initiatives in the region.




Serve as Director of AutoStore's Australian entity, providing governance oversight and ensuring compliance with applicable corporate requirements.
Support the establishment, development and governance of the Australian legal entity in alignment with company objectives and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience
Bachelor's degree or higher qualification in relevant field.
At least 5+ years of relevant experience
Strong client relationships with a strong understanding for what makes a product a success for clients.
Solid experience managing cross-functional teams with a strong ability to interact with business clients and internal teams simultaneously to bridge gaps and manage communications.
Strong communication skills with the ability to present information in verbal, written or visual form to a variety of audiences, from the internal team to client executives.
The ability to quickly establish trust and credibility with clients coupled with strong communication and client relationship management skills, with the ability to manage high profile client stakeholders.
Experience in building operational procedures, brand awareness, and building teams for success in new markets
Good understanding of business operations and decision-making processes
