Haynes People is currently seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our valued client in
Dubbo
.

What you will be doing;
Lead, mentor and support a small warehouse team to achieve safe, productive and efficient operations.
Manage day-to-day warehouse activities, including picking, packing, loading, dispatch and logistics coordination.
Promote and maintain a strong safety culture through leadership, toolbox talks and adherence to safe work practices.
Coordinate daily workloads, deliveries and transport schedules to ensure customer requirements are met.




Work alongside the team in a hands-on capacity, providing guidance and contributing to operational success.
Ensure warehouse processes, inventory management and service standards are maintained to a high level.

About You
Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, transport coordination or a similar operational environment.
Proven leadership experience as a Warehouse Supervisor, Team Leader or Leading Hand, or the capability and ambition to step into a supervisory position.
Hands-on leadership style with a passion for mentoring, supporting and developing team members.
Strong commitment to workplace health and safety, with a focus on compliance and best practice.
Current Forklift Licence and HR Driver's Licence are essential.
