Counter Sales, Spare Parts & Customer Service Coordinator
LUMIX Procut is seeking a Counter Sales & Spare Parts Interpreter to join the team in Milperra, Sydney. The role includes handling customer enquiries by phone, email and at the counter; identifying spare parts; preparing quotations; processing customer and supplier orders; coordinating backorders; picking, packing and dispatching orders; receiving incoming stock; maintaining accurate inventory records; replenishing rapid-moving parts; and keeping the showroom and warehouse organised.
Key responsibilities
Handle customer enquiries by phone, email and at the counter
Identify spare parts and prepare quotations
Process customer and supplier orders
Coordinate backorders
Pick, pack and dispatch orders




Receive incoming stock
Maintain accurate inventory records
Replenish fast-moving parts
Keep the showroom and warehouse organised
About you
Strong attention to detail
Ability to take ownership of tasks and follow them through to completion
Previous experience in spare parts, inventory management, technical customer service, warehousing or order processing highly regarded
Experience in food-processing equipment, automotive parts, agricultural machinery or another technical industry beneficial but not essential
