About the role:
As a Speech Pathologist at Vivir Healthcare, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional Speech Pathology services. Reporting to our Clinical Services Team, you will collaborate closely with leaders across our network, ensuring top-notch care for clients.
Your Duties and Responsibilities Include:
Conducting
dysphagia assessments
and managing complexities in aged care and community settings
Assessing and
managing speech, language, voice, and neurological conditions
Empowering clients to achieve optimal function and quality of life through tailored interventions.
A flexible approach to clinical care, with the ability to work autonomously.
Educating clients, families, and staff on dysphagia and communication strategies
Advocating for comprehensive Speech Pathology services

SPA membership

Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
Possesses Professional indemnity insurance or is willing to obtain it.
Holds a valid NDIS Worker Screening Clearance or is willing to obtain it.
Has **** Flu Vaccine Certificate or is willing to obtain it.
Has COVID vaccine certificate or is willing to obtain it.
Excels in interpersonal communication, problem-solving, and autonomy.
Is versatile, adaptive, and committed to continuous professional development.
Excellent time management and organisational skills
Ability to work independently in a remote team environment.
