As a Disability Support Worker, you'll build genuine relationships with the people you support, with a consistent roster that works for you. Choose permanent part time for guaranteed contracted hours and the security of ongoing employment, or casual for the flexibility to pick up shifts around your life.
What you'll be doing
Supporting personal care, daily living and household tasks
Assisting with community access, social activities and employment goals
Supporting medication prompts and health routines [adjust to scope]
Building positive, respectful relationships with participants and their families
Documenting shift notes and following each participant's support plan
About you
No experience required, we'll teach you what you need to know
A caring, patient and reliable approach, with great communication skills
Previous experience in customer service, hospitality,



retail, or caring for family is great, but not essential

Essential requirements
A current Australian driver's licence (minimum P2)
A Working with Children Blue Card and NDIS Worker Screening Check, or willingness to obtain them.
Current First Aid and CPR certification, or willingness to obtain.
Rights to work in Australia
Availability and flexibility to work a variety of shifts across a 7-day roster, including the ability to complete a minimum of two sleepover shifts per fortnight. Common roster of care: 8am - 4pm, 4pm -8am (sleepover 10pm-6am).
