We're looking for an exceptional communicator to join our Participant Engagement Team.
Your role is to connect with people who have expressed interest in participating in a clinical trial and guide them through the initial pre-screening process. You'll be the first voice many participants hear and will play a vital role in creating a warm, professional and reassuring experience.
What you'll be doing
Calling people who have registered their interest in clinical trials.
Building rapport and helping people feel comfortable.
Explaining clinical studies in a clear and easy-to-understand way.
Booking participant appointments.
Maintaining accurate records in our clinical systems.
Working closely with our clinical team to ensure participants receive an exceptional experience.
Helping achieve participant enrolment targets across a variety of studies.
About you
You'll probably enjoy this role if you:

Available ******* hours per week during business hours (Mon - Fri, 8am - 5pm)
Experience that would be valuable
Medical reception or healthcare administration
Hospitality
Retail
Travel or service industries
Previous clinical trial experience isn't required – we'll provide comprehensive training.
