Endeavour Group is seeking a Front Office Attendant for Mermaid Waters Hotel on the Gold Coast. You will be the first point of contact for guests, delivering warm, effective service and helping with accommodation, dining and bookings as needed.
Ideal candidates are guest-service focused, highly organised, and comfortable handling administrative tasks. A current RSA certificate is mandatory, and you will participate in a fast-paced hospitality team.
