We are seeking a young motivated drillers assitant to join our team. We are looking for applicants that are enthusiastic and looking to learn, challenge and upskill themselves.
The role includes, but is not limited to:
Loading of support trucks with casing, drill tooling and equipment
Assisting driller with running casing, welding, handling equipment, drilling and operating axillary equipment
Being responsible for fueling equipment and completing pre-start operational checks
Adhering to all WHS policies and guidelines
Mobilising support trucks and equipment to site
Keep equipment in clean and presentable condition and operating machinery in a respectful manner.
Working in a team environment and providing support to the companies daily operations.




Applicant's must be willing to work away from home for extended periods (up to 2 weeks) on a rostered basis.
We want someone who:
Shows initiative and takes pride in equipment maintenance - must be meticulous with maintenance and upkeep on all equipment
Is physically fit and comfortable with hands-on labour
Works well in a team and communicates respectfully
Is reliable, punctual, and eager to learn current skills
Can follow instructions and maintain safe work practices
Experience in the following will be favored but not essential:
Welding ticket or experience
HR truck licence (crash box)
White card
Mechanical background or experience
