Our client is a national construction and insurance practice with a strong reputation in construction disputes and litigation. A permanent opportunity has opened for a Construction Litigation Lawyer with 2 to 4 years' PAE to join the Sydney team.

About the role
You will support the team acting for builders, contractors, principals, developers, sub-contractors and construction insurers on disputes across construction, projects and infrastructure.




Assist on construction disputes and litigation from first advice through to resolution
Research, draft and prepare documents and advice
Work alongside partners and special counsel on the larger files
Take on increasing responsibility as your experience builds
What you'll bring
2 to 4 years' PAE
Admission to practise in Australia and a current practising certificate
Litigation or dispute resolution experience, construction preferred
Robust research and drafting skills and a cooperative approach
Additional information
$115K - $150K + super, set by experience
