General Hand - Retail Installation - Bankstown, NSW
Credo National 2 Pty Ltd is a leader in retail service solutions, delivering outstanding fit-out services for Australia's most well-known brands.
We specialise in new store installations, retail upgrades, and renewal works across metropolitan and regional areas.
We are seeking motivated and reliable General Hands to join our team. This casual role offers immediate start, competitive pay, and flexible day/night shifts.
There is potential for full-time hours and, for outstanding performers, opportunities to be considered for permanent roles may arise.
If you enjoy travelling for work and are comfortable being away from home, this is an excellent opportunity to be part of a growing team with considerable interstate and regional project opportunities, particularly across Queensland.
Successful applicants should be willing and able to spend extended periods interstate, particularly throughout the first part of ****. Projects may require you to work away from home for approximately 4–8 weeks, with opportunities to move directly between projects as work becomes available.
Travel allowance and accommodation are provided where applicable, along with LAHA (Living Away From Home Allowance) and travel allowances, providing an additional earning opportunity while

Key Responsibilities
Install and dismantle fixtures, displays, and equipment in retail spaces.
Handle materials, tools, and supplies for seamless project execution.
Maintain a clean and organised work area, ensuring tools and equipment are properly cared for.
Assist with loading and unloading materials as needed.
Collaborate with installers to achieve high-quality outcomes.
Use hand and power tools effectively to complete tasks.
Follow safety protocols and promote a safe work environment.
Travel to and work at project locations as required.
What We're Looking For
Experience:
Previous experience in retail fit-outs or similar hands‐on roles.
Flexibility:
Willingness to work both day and night shifts.
Travel Flexibility:
Willingness and ability to travel interstate and regionally and spend extended periods away from home.
Project Commitment:
Ability to commit to projects that may require working away from home for approximately 4–8 weeks.
Interstate Availability:
Candidates who are available to undertake considerable interstate travel, particularly during the first part of ****, will be highly regarded.
Skills:
Proficient in the use of hand and power tools.
Work Ethic:
Strong reliability, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality work.
Team Player:
Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively.
Driver's Licence:
A current driver's licence and reliable vehicle are required.
Tools:
Must provide your own hand and power tools.
