HBH Group Pty Ltd in Brisbane is expanding and seeks a Production Head Chef to lead the central production kitchen for multiple venues. You will ensure consistency, cost control and on-time delivery while shaping the kitchen from day one.
You'll plan daily production, develop recipes and yields, train the team, manage rosters and stock, and uphold HACCP and food safety standards across all sites. Early starts and growth opportunities are offered.
