About the Roles:
We're on the lookout for a reliable and energetic
Kitchen Hands and Cooks
to join our team on a casual basis to work rotational shifts across a mix of days, nights and weekends!
If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and take pride in keeping things clean and organised, we'd love to hear from you!
Assist with basic food preparation
Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and food prep areas
Dispose of waste and follow hygiene protocols
Support chefs and kitchen staff as needed
Key Responsibilities - Cook
Preparing and cooking meals to a high standard, following recipes and presentation guidelines.
Supporting the kitchen team during busy service periods.
Maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment.
Assisting with food prep, stock rotation.
In this role you will assist chefs with food preparation,



keep the kitchen clean and organised, operate dishwashers, and ensure cookware and utensils are ready for service
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience in a kitchen or hospitality setting (preferred but not essential)
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Good communication and teamwork skills
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
