My client is an established and highly regarded professional services firm with a strong presence across regional VIC. They work with a diverse portfolio of privately owned businesses, individuals and professional clients across accounting, taxation and business advisory. Due to continued growth, they are now looking to appoint an experienced Senior Accountant to join their established Business Services team in Bendigo.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced accountant looking to take the next step in their career, with exposure to quality clients and a broad range of accounting, taxation and advisory work. You will work closely with Managers and Partners, gaining exposure to more complex client matters while continuing to develop your technical, advisory and client relationship skills. The firm has a strong focus on developing its people, with genuine opportunities for internal progression.

Key responsibilities will include:
Managing a portfolio of Business Services clients, including preparation and review of financial statements, tax returns and management accounts
Providing accounting, taxation and advisory support across a diverse range of clients and business structures
Working closely with Managers and Partners on complex client matters and building strong, long-term client relationships
Supporting junior team members while identifying opportunities to add value across the client base
Genuine pathway for internal progression, with CA/CPA study support
