HCF is seeking a Senior Product Designer (Design System) to join our Digital Enterprise team in Sydney. You will shape how design is practiced, lead design systems, and collaborate with product, engineering and designers to scale components and governance across our digital experiences.
You'll drive user-centered design for complex insurance journeys, ensure WCAG accessibility, and help define libraries, documentation and ways of working.
