We're partnering with a growing, purpose-led organisation operating within the disability and allied health sector to recruit an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor. This is a hands-on role responsible for delivering end-to-end recruitment while partnering closely with operational leaders to support workforce growth across a geographically dispersed business.
Previous recruitment experience within an NDIS environment is a must for this position.
You'll understand the nuances of recruiting within the disability sector, including workforce compliance, screening requirements and the challenges of attracting talent in a competitive market.
The Role
You'll take ownership of recruitment across allied health, operational and corporate roles, balancing day-to-day delivery with proactive sourcing, talent pipelining and continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing end-to-end recruitment across multiple roles, disciplines and locations
Partnering with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and recruitment priorities
Developing targeted sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill and critical roles
Building proactive talent pipelines, particularly across allied health
Managing candidate screening, interviews, shortlists, offers and recruitment administration
Coordinating NDIS Worker Screening, Working With Children Checks, police checks and right-to-work verification
Supporting workforce planning, employer branding and talent attraction initiatives
Maintaining recruitment systems and reporting on recruitment activity and outcomes
Identifying opportunities to improve recruitment processes and the candidate experience
About You
To be successful, you'll bring:
Previous talent acquisition/recruitment experience within an NDIS environment
Strong end-to-end recruitment experience managing multiple vacancies and stakeholders
A sound understanding of recruitment compliance and workforce screening requirements
Strong stakeholder management skills and confidence partnering with operational leaders
Experience using applicant tracking systems and sourcing platforms
The ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-moving environment

Experience recruiting
allied health or clinical professionals
will be particularly valuable, as will experience working across multi-site or geographically dispersed organisations.
