Slade Pharmacy is seeking a permanent full time Rotational Pharmacist to work across multiple hospital sites in Melbourne, covering the eastern/south-eastern and central regions. You will engage with clinical teams, perform medication reviews and reconciliations, and support discharge processes with rotation to reduce travel time where possible.
There is structured training provided, with competitive reliever rates and travel allowances.
