continuity of care caseload model

full scope of your midwifery practice
while delivering truly woman-centred care. Our Midwifery Group Practice offers you support and flexibility while meeting your work life balance.
About the Role
As an MGP Midwife, you will provide continuity of care across the entire maternity journey, including:
Antenatal care and clinics from ***** weeks
Postnatal care in hospital and at home
Cooperative multidisciplinary clinics
Childbirth and parenting education
This role supports autonomous practice while working within a collaborative, progressive, and supportive multidisciplinary environment.

What We're Looking For
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:
Recent midwifery practice across the full maternity continuum
Strong clinical knowledge within woman-centred continuity models
Well‐developed communication, leadership, and clinical escalation skills
Experience in quality improvement and risk management
Digital capability to support safe, effective patient care
