eCommerce & Showroom Sales Specialist — Amazon & eBay
Kayhan Audio is looking for a hands-on sales specialist to revive our eBay channel, launch our Amazon presence and take ownership of weekend showroom sales. This role combines marketplace management with customer-facing sales. You'll work alongside our sales, content, installation and warehouse team, with product training provided.
Key responsibilities
Review and improve our existing eBay store, listings and sales performance
Set up and launch our Amazon sales channel
Create accurate product listings with effective titles, descriptions, images and vehicle compatibility information
Manage pricing, promotions and marketplace advertising
Handle marketplace enquiries, returns and account issues
Coordinate stock availability and order fulfilment with our warehouse team
Track sales, fees, advertising costs and profitability
Welcome customers and help them choose suitable car audio products
Demonstrate products,



prepare quotes and close sales
Respond to phone and online enquiries
About you
Demonstrated experience managing both Amazon Seller Central and eBay seller accounts
Evidence of improving marketplace sales and profitability
Practical skills in listing optimisation, marketplace advertising and account management
Solid customer service and sales skills, in person and online
Good attention to detail, organisation and follow-through
Availability to work Friday to Tuesday, including Saturday and Sunday
Car audio or automotive accessories knowledge is highly regarded; product training is available
