Churches of Christ in Queensland is seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee a community housing portfolio across our programs, based predominantly in Kenmore. The role focuses on tenancy management, compliance and stakeholder coordination.
You will manage allocations, eligibility assessments, rent and arrears, maintenance coordination and ensure alignment with the Residential Tenancies Act and housing policies. A current driver's licence is required.
