Experience & Certifications:
3+ years of proven consultative sales or event coordination experience within catering, venues, hotels, or hospitality.

Background & Domain Expertise:
Strong understanding of event planning, menu structures, beverage offerings, dietary considerations, and equipment logistics.
Technical Translation & Communication:
Outstanding phone and written communication skills—confident, warm, and engaging without being too pushy.
Working Style:
Highly resilient and energetic in fast-paced environments, with a strong proactive drive, an enthusiastic attitude toward AI adoption, and the capability to coach and lead others.
Remote Work Requirements
Hardware:
Reliable personal laptop or desktop capable of running all role-required software.
