As a Machine Operator/Production Worker at the Helensvale depot, you will work on-site on the Gold Coast - Helensvale. This role requires full availability Monday to Friday, with options for day shift (6am - 2.30pm) or afternoon shift (12pm - 8.30pm).
Key responsibilities
Operate steel processing and roll-forming machinery safely and efficiently
Set up, monitor and adjust machinery during production runs
Conduct quality checks on finished products
Perform basic machine inspections, cleaning and routine maintenance
Assist with material handling, packing and general production duties
Maintain a clean and safe work area and meet daily production targets
About you
Previous machine operating, production or manufacturing experience
Mechanically minded with the ability to learn machine setup, operation and basic troubleshooting




Good attention to detail and ability to consistently produce work to quality specifications
Physically fit and capable of manual handling and working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Solid commitment to workplace safety
Drivers Licence and Reliable Transport
Forklift Licence and/or overhead/gantry crane (Highly Desirable)
