Credit Controller
to join our Sydney team on a
6-month full-time contract.

About the Opportunity
As a Credit Controller, you'll play a key role in improving cash flow and strengthening customer relationships through proactive account management.
This is a rapid-paced, hands-on role where you'll take ownership of overdue accounts, engage directly with customers, and work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve issues and drive outcomes.
More specifically, you will:
Manage overdue accounts through high-volume outbound calls to secure payments and reduce aged debt
Prioritise and work through debtor lists based on risk and ageing
Negotiate payment arrangements while maintaining a professional, customer-focused approach
Maintain accurate records of all interactions and agreements
Identify and escape account issues (e.g. disputes or queries) and collaborate with internal teams to resolve them quickly
About You




You're a confident communicator who thrives in a target-driven, high-volume environment. You enjoy building relationships, solving problems, and working proactively to achieve results.
Additionally, you will bring:
Experience in accounts receivable or credit collections
A track record working in high-volume, fast-paced environments
Solid negotiation and customer engagement skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
Experience with CRM/accounting systems and Excel skills
Ability to prioritise, multitask, and work independently
A proactive, results-driven mindset with the ability to work under pressure
