Provide inclusive and culturally safe experiences for children of all backgrounds, including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children.
Support children with disabilities or additional needs through versatile routines and collaboration with families, colleagues and relevant professionals.
Uphold children's rights and demonstrate zero tolerance for racism, discrimination and unsafe practices.
Work with families, colleagues and the community
Build welcoming, professional relationships with families and encourage their feedback and participation.
Help incorporate families' cultures, knowledge and perspectives into learning experiences.
