Estia Health is seeking a Permanent Full-time Residential Aged Care Manager (RACM) to lead nursing operations and enhance resident wellbeing. Reporting to the Home Head, you will guide clinical care, mentor staff and ensure stock, compliance and reporting are maintained at the highest standards.
You will have RN with current AHPRA registration and at least 3 years in a nursing management role. Robust people leadership and budgeting skills are essential to success in this role.
