BM Heating & Cooling is looking for an experienced
Qualified Refrigeration Mechanic
to join our growing team, with a strong focus on
custom and high-end residential HVAC installations
across Melbourne.
This isn't a role doing the same basic split-system install every day. You'll work across architecturally designed and custom homes, installing premium air-conditioning systems where quality workmanship, presentation and attention to detail matter.

BM Heating & Cooling is looking for an experienced
Qualified Refrigeration Mechanic
to join our growing team, with a solid focus on
custom and high-end residential HVAC installations
across Melbourne.
This isn't a role doing the same basic split-system install every day. You'll work across architecturally designed and custom homes, installing premium air-conditioning systems where quality workmanship, presentation and attention to detail matter.
The Work
You'll be involved in:
Custom and high-end residential HVAC installations
Ducted reverse-cycle systems
Multi-split systems
Bulkhead and concealed systems
Ceiling cassettes
Linear slot diffusers and custom air distribution
Premium wall-mounted split systems
Outdoor unit positioning and presentation
Refrigeration pipework, drainage and commissioning
Working from plans and coordinating with builders and other trades
Occasional service,



repairs and fault finding
We primarily work with premium brands including
Mitsubishi Electric and Daikin
.
We're Looking For
You'll ideally have:
Certificate III in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration
Current ARCtick licence
Victorian driver's licence
Strong installation experience
Excellent refrigeration pipework and finishing skills
Ability to read plans and work on custom builds
Robust attention to detail
Pride in producing clean, professional installations
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good communication with builders, supervisors and clients
Experience with
ducted systems, zoning, AirTouch, bulkheads, linear slot diffusers and high-end residential projects
will be highly regarded.
