What you'll be doing
Managing the day-to-day operations of a residential portfolio
Co-ordinating with rental providers, renters and contractors
Co-ordinate maintenance requests, rent reviews and lease renewals
Ensure compliance with the Residential Tenancies Act and other relevant property management legislation
VCAT as required
What we're looking for
Experience as a Property Manager essential
An Agents Representative Certificate




Solid knowledge of residential tenancy laws and property management regulations in Victoria
Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple properties simultaneously
Outstanding communication skills, with a professional and empathetic approach to dealing with Rental Providers and Renters.
Proficiency with PropertyMe, Inspection Express
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle challenging situations professionally
A proactive approach to customer service and commitment to maintaining high standards
Current driver's licence and reliable car
