About the role:
You will be working in a quick-paced environment, assisting customers with invoice queries, missed services, trouble shooting and provide general information.
Maintaining the inhouse database
Liaising with Drivers, Management and internal/external stakeholders

Demonstrated experience working in a fast-paced administrative role
Professional phone manner
You will be reliable and punctual
You will be able to work well in a team
Competent with using Microsoft office
