The Role
This is a great opportunity for an experienced residential real estate skilled or junior Commercial Leasing Executive looking to build a long-term career in commercial property.
You'll work closely with experienced industry leaders and gain hands-on exposure across:
Leasing enquiries and inspections
Prospecting and business development
Tenant and landlord relationships
Property listings and marketing
Lease negotiations and deal progression
Database and pipeline management
Supporting transactions from enquiry through to lease

The Candidate
We're looking for someone who is hungry to learn, confident with people and ready to take their career up a level.
Minimum 1-2 years' real estate industry experience
Current Real Estate Certificate/Licence
Your own reliable vehicle
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Confidence prospecting and speaking with clients
A genuine interest in building a career in commercial leasing
