Riverside Oaks Golf Resort is seeking an experienced and motivated Golf Services Supervisor to join the management team in a full-time capacity. This is a key operational role responsible for the delivery of golf services and the overall experience of members, golfers and resort guests. Working closely with the Director of Golf and the wider resort management team, the Golf Services Supervisor will oversee the day-to-day golf operation while also working closely with accommodation, food & beverage, events and other resort departments. As Riverside Oaks continues to develop its resort and hotel offering, this role will play an important part in creating a seamless experience for guests from arrival through golf, dining, accommodation and departure.
Key responsibilities
Oversee the day-to-day operation of Golf Services, ensuring a high standard of service for members, golfers and resort guests
Work closely with the Director of Golf to manage and develop the golf operation, including tee sheets, competitions, events, tournaments and corporate golf
Lead, coach and develop the Golf Services team, including staff scheduling, training, performance and daily operations
Coordinate golf events, competitions, corporate groups and resort golf experiences, ensuring they are professionally delivered
Manage the member and guest journey across Golf Services, identifying opportunities to improve service, efficiency and overall experience
Work closely with the Hotel, Food & Beverage, Events and other resort departments to ensure seamless communication and service delivery
Assist with the coordination of golf and accommodation packages, group bookings and resort experiences




Support the development and implementation of initiatives that increase golf participation, member engagement, resort visitation and revenue
Oversee golf bookings, customer enquiries, tee sheet management, competition administration and related systems
Assist with the management of departmental budgets, purchasing, stock, suppliers and expenditure in conjunction with the Director of Golf
About you
Experience in golf, hospitality, hotel, resort, leisure or a similar customer-focused environment
Robust leadership and people-management skills
Experience supervising, training and developing a team
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
Experience coordinating events, groups, competitions or functions
Good commercial awareness and an understanding of budgets, purchasing and operational costs
The ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm in a busy operational environment
A current driver's licence
