Marketing Associate - Music - 12 month FTC
This position is responsible for assisting the Marketing Manager in the Music Marketing team by supporting the implementation of a range of marketing deliverables across the Ticketmaster, Moshtix and Universe brands. These include curating content for the website, regular email communications, database marketing, developing marketing plans for music & touring events, social media, performance marketing, and executing long-form B2C and B2B content.
Key responsibilities
Support the development and implementation of marketing plans to drive ticket sales across Moshtix and Ticketmaster.
Execute and optimise paid social campaigns, including performance monitoring, reporting, insights and recommendations.
Produce and proof all marketing eDMs, newsletters, presales, ticket offers and seasonal campaigns, ensuring accuracy and brand consistency (via Braze & Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
Build, update and maintain campaign landing pages, website content schedules and digital asset libraries.
Create, write, edit and proof content across websites, emails, newsletters, social media, digital banners and other marketing channels.
Ensure all content follows SEO & AEO (AI optimisation) best practice and adheres to brand tone of voice and style guidelines.
Leverage AI tools to streamline processes and marketing activations.
Manage creative campaign elements including asset production, copywriting, social media coordination, face-to-camera content and live event promotional content where required.
Generate campaign reports, analyse results and share insights with internal teams, clients and senior stakeholders.
Collaborate with Marketing, Performance,



Creative and Client Management teams to deliver high-quality campaigns aligned to client objectives.
About you
Demonstrating strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with ability to build effective relationships with a broad range of people.
Ability to relate to people on all levels by quickly establishing rapport.
Proven ability to effectively manage time to ensure marketing deadlines and business needs are met – robust prioritisation skills.
High level of PC literacy, including experience across social platforms and digital performance marketing.
High level of attention to detail.
Ability to identify potential problems and devise and implement strategies to resolve the problem.
Demonstrated ability to accommodate and adapt to changing needs of the business in a highly pressured working environment.
Ability to work effectively under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
Passion for the music and entertainment industry, and a can-do attitude.
