Every service you lead touches the life of someone who depends on it. That's not a responsibility to take lightly — it's the reason you show up and lead the way you do.
As Regional Manager with Kanda, you'll hold senior leadership across a regional portfolio — accountable for service quality, compliance, financial performance and the people delivering care on the ground. You'll set the standard for what person-centred, rights-based practice looks like across multiple sites and make sure everything reflects the NDIS Practice Standards and the values at Kanda's core.
This isn't leadership from a distance. You're close enough to feel the impact, senior enough to shape the direction.
What you'll be doing
Leading, coaching and developing Service Managers across the region — performance management, succession planning and capability uplift
Building robust relationships with government departments, the NDIS Commission, funding bodies, families and community stakeholders
Managing service agreements, SIL agreements and funding arrangements across the regional portfolio
Monitoring KPIs, action plans and risk management frameworks, and presenting regional data to inform executive decision-making
Driving continuous improvement across supported accommodation settings to keep environments safe, compliant and well-maintained
Championing Kanda's values and a culture of ethical, person-centred practice across every area of responsibility
