Prospect
We are seeking a highly organised, professional and discreet Company Secretary to provide governance and administrative support to the Board of Directors, Board Committees and Principal.
This unique role is responsible for coordinating Board governance activities, supporting compliance obligations, maintaining corporate records and ensuring effective communication between the Board and College leadership. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting sound governance practices that contribute to the College's ongoing success and reputation.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinating Board and Committee meetings, including agendas, papers, minutes and action items.
Managing governance documentation, policies and Board records.
Maintaining the annual governance calendar and supporting Board effectiveness initiatives.
Coordinating statutory filings and corporate compliance requirements.
Managing corporate registers, declarations and governance documentation.
Monitoring regulatory developments and assisting with governance compliance activities.
Acting as a liaison between the Board, College Leadership Team and external stakeholders.
Supporting preparation of the Annual Report and Annual General Meeting documentation.
Maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality, professionalism and integrity.
About you
You are an experienced governance or executive support professional with exceptional organisational and communication skills. You can manage multiple priorities, maintain confidentiality and build trusted relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
You will demonstrate:
