Shangri-La The Marina, Cairns invites an experienced Night Auditor to join our Front Office team. You will manage all night-time front desk activities, perform the Night Audit, and ensure accurate guest records in Fidelio.
Collaboration with the Night Supervisor and timely handovers are essential for smooth overnight operations. Ideal candidates have prior night audit or similar front desk experience, solid guest service skills, and familiarity with Fidelio PMS.
