Registered Nurse - Child & Adolescent Inpatient Unit

We're excited to welcome a Registered Nurse to our Child and Adolescent Inpatient Unit.
The Child and Adolescent Inpatient Unit is a 27-bed unit located at Sunshine Coast University Hospital in Birtinya. We care for patients aged 0–18 years and their families, with a strong focus on a multidisciplinary model of care.

Key Responsibilities include:
Practice in accordance with code of ethics, professional standards and legislation affecting nursing practice by maintaining current knowledge and competence within scope of position.
Fulfil the responsibilities of this role in accordance with Sunshine Coast Hospital and Health Service Values.
Actively participate in a working environment supporting quality human resource management practices including employment equity, anti-discrimination, work health and safety and ethical behaviour.
Follow defined service quality standards,



work health and safety policies and procedures relating to the work being undertaken to ensure high quality, safe services and workplaces and manage all information in accordance with legislation, standards, policies, and procedures.
Salary rates: $***** - $***** p.h., employer contribution to superannuation ******%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (Nurse Grade 5) (multiple permanent part time positions available, hours negotiable.)
