Brumby, Sydney-based, builds autonomous drones for cattle management and field operations. The operations role is the organisational glue across events, onboarding, tools, and culture, reporting to the Chief of Staff.
Expect high autonomy, rapid iteration, and close collaboration with the founding team. Ideal candidates will own initiatives end-to-end, automate repeat tasks, and excel in a small, quick-moving startup environment in Australia.
