The Opportunity
A key focus in the first few months will be supporting improvements to their ATS scheduling processes and helping create more scalable recruitment coordination workflows. Following this, you'll deliver a seamless recruitment process across multiple markets, partnering closely with recruiters, candidates and internal stakeholders, to manage complex scheduling and recruitment activity.
This is a standout opportunity for someone early in their career who is highly organised, tech-curious and keen to build deep expertise across recruitment coordination and operations, whilst working within a sophisticated global recruitment environment.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate a high volume of virtual and onsite interviews across Sydney, Hong Kong and Korea
Manage complex scheduling across candidates, recruiters and business stakeholders
Coordinate candidate travel and onsite interview logistics
Welcome and support candidates attending interviews
Manage candidate communications throughout the recruitment process
Prepare and issue employment contracts
Support recruitment events and broader hiring initiatives
Partner closely with recruiters and recruitment operations across APAC
Support improvements to scheduling processes and candidate workflows
Assist with recruitment systems, reporting and operational projects
Contribute to AI, automation and process improvement initiatives
About You
You may currently be working in recruitment coordination, HR, executive support, project coordination, administration or another high-volume environment. What will matter most is that you are:
Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
Confident managing multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
Comfortable with high-volume scheduling and administrative work
Confident dealing with candidates and stakeholders at different levels
Proactive and comfortable taking ownership of your work
Naturally curious about systems, technology and better ways of working
Keen to build expertise within recruitment coordination over the next ***** months
Comfortable working within a highly collaborative, office-based team
Experience with Greenhouse or similar would be advantageous
