Acenda Group is seeking an experienced Case Consultant to join our Group Claims team. In this customer-facing role, you'll manage a portfolio of TPD claims from assessment through finalisation, delivering fair, timely outcomes for customers.
Based in Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane, you will collaborate with claimants, solicitors and medical professionals to assess information and ensure claims comply with regulatory requirements.
