About the Role
This role is based on HOURLY rate - mixed goods which means not every box will be the same size or even the same weight - containers weekly are from 5 - 22 containers that are needing attention - majority of the goods are FURNITURE and at times might require assembly but not all the time
Our client is in growth mode and is expanding over to Australia be a part of a global moving team who have earnt a good reputation in the furniture industry
Role is based in Penrose area or Mt Wellington
Shift - EARLY MORING STARTS - NO WEEKEND WORK
What You'll Be Doing
Strength & Endurance - But overall A GOOD PLACID ATTITUDE TO GET THE JOB DONE in and out
Devanning Manually Experience - though not essential would be helpful




General Warehouse Understanding - As you will understand how important it is to get the containers cleared and sent back to port - other side is also understanding containers dont run on time sometimes so the week can be pushed out a few days until container leaves port to site
Team Engagement -Be open to asking for help dont be a hero and always do a 2 man lift where necessary
