Crowne Plaza Surfers Paradise, part of Oscars Group, is seeking a detail-oriented Reservations Agent for full time work on the Gold Coast. You will manage reservations, respond to guest inquiries, and help maximise occupancy and revenue while ensuring a welcoming first impression.
Experience in a 4- or 5-star hotel, ability to handle high-volume inquiries, and flexibility to work weekends/public holidays are required. Hourly pay applies with penalty rates where applicable.
