About the Opportunity
Haynes People is currently seeking an experienced
Parts Interpreter
to join our valued client in
Acacia Ridge, Brisbane
.

Hours
: Monday to Friday, approximately 8:00am – 4:00pm
Duration
: Casual assignment, approximately 6 months
ASAP start
What You'll be Doing
Interpreting and identifying parts requirements
Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently
Providing phone and email support to customers
Assisting with inventory and stock enquiries
Liaising with warehouse and service teams to ensure timely delivery of parts
Maintaining accurate records and system data
Building strong relationships with customers and suppliers
Delivering high-quality customer service and technical support
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Previous experience as a Parts Interpreter, Parts Advisor or similar role
Solid customer service and communication skills




Ability to accurately identify and source parts
Sound computer skills and experience with inventory or ERP systems
High attention to detail and organisational skills
Ability to work effectively in a team workplace
Experience within automotive, heavy vehicle, machinery, transport, mining or industrial sectors will be highly regarded
Ability to pass a Pre-Employment Medical and Drug & Alcohol Screen
