Project Manager - Support Services (Weapons & Ammunition)

Join a small, high-impact team within Rheinmetall Defence's Weapon and Ammunitions business unit, delivering critical Protections Systems projects including MASS, and Sea Mines sustainment.
Working closely with the Program Director - Weapons, Ammunition and Protection, you'll be part of a collaborative team responsible for taking projects through manufacturing, integration, delivery and the through life sustainment of those products. This is an opportunity to make a real impact in a fast-paced environment where resilience, energy and a hands-on approach are highly valued.
About the Role
Due to growth within the program, we have a new role as Project Manager - Support Services (Weapons and Ammunitions). You'll manage project schedules, resources and budgets while tracking performance, reporting progress and proactively identifying and managing risks. This is a varied role that will see you work across multiple areas of the business, ensuring projects remain on track and are delivered successfully.
We're looking for someone with a background in
Integrated Logistics Support (ILS)
or
product lifecycle sustainment
who is ready to manage current projects moving from acquisition/delivery to sustainment.

The experience and skillset best suited to this role includes:
Tertiary qualification Project Management, ILS or any other in a relevant equivalent
Background in Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) or other Support Service areas.
Excellent demonstrated Project and Financial management;
Experience in working under an ASDEFCON contract
Eligibility to obtain an Australian Government Security Clearance (Australian Citizenship required).
