The role combines high-level clinical leadership with strategic operations to deliver hospital-level care at patients' homes, including integration with Palliative Care at Home and Virtual Health portfolios.
You will lead a multidisciplinary team, drive rostering and resource planning, manage clinical risk, and maintain safety standards across services.
