WHO WE ARE
Ventraa Group is a Melbourne building group with three parts to its business:
Building products.
We supply builders with windows and doors, Ventraa Panels (our AAC wall panel) and light gauge steel frames, direct from our own factory and on a single order.
Developments.
Our development business delivers high end domestic builds.
Trades.
Plumbing and electrical businesses are joining the group.
The group is positioned for significant growth. We have recently opened our office in Epping, and this role is our first sales appointment.
THE OPPORTUNITY
Nobody owns these accounts yet. Every builder you bring on is YOURS, and each one can buy THREE product lines from you instead of one. Bigger orders per builder. More $$$ on every one.
This role is as BIG as you make it. We want someone who will build the builder base from nothing, then BUILD AND LEAD the sales team that follows. Grow with us and your earnings grow with you.
WHAT YOU'LL DO




WIN recent builder accounts and grow them across all three product lines.
Quote from plans and work with the builder's estimator to get on the job.
Look after each order from first quote through to delivery.
Tell us what builders want next, so we stock and price for it.
WHAT YOU NEED
A PROVEN track record selling building products to builders, in at least one of windows and doors, AAC or other walling, or steel framing.
Builders in Melbourne who know you and take your call.
You can read a set of plans and put together an accurate quote.
You WANT your pay tied to what you sell.
A current driver's licence.
You don't need all three product lines. Know one well, know builders, and we'll train you on the rest.
THE PACKAGE
$$$ UNCAPPED commission on everything you sell, with $200,000+ EARNING POTENTIAL
A solid base salary plus super
